Shipping Policy

  • Shipping takes 5-7 business day. (10-14 days during high volume times). Tracking numbers are sent to email provided once shipped. We use USPS for shipping.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please verify address before submitting your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • If your order is returned undeliverable we will send an email, if you would like the item reshipped you will be responsible for any reshipping fees. If you'd rather not have item reshipped you will receive a store credit for full amount minus shipping cost.
  • We do not ship internationally
  • If any items are on backorder it will be stated in product description.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept COSMETICS for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with original receipt and email them to customerservice@keepinitfly.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s). Once we have reviewed everything, you will be contacted via email with detailed instructions on how to return you item(s) and the steps we take to have your item(s) replaced. We will not accept any returns of COSMETICS other than them being damaged or defective.


Exchanges or STORE CREDIT ONLY for any clothing, accessories or health and wellness apparel within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping fess are non-refundable.

Issues

If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 48 hours to EMAIL US and let us know. There will be no exceptions! customerservice@keepinitfly.com
